I love love the workout classes I have with her. I have done Pilates classes with different instructors but they weren’t that much thorough with how Albina is with me. I started new but in each class I feel so much better. My first class was difficult for me since I wasn’t ever into Pilates like that but I really like it now. Lot of people I know think Pilates is a slow process and what not but it’s pretty intense and I love it. I prefer the classes with her than going to a gym. Best part overall is how she motivates you through the process. It’s just worth it!
